Problems with Signet of Capture? - Guild Wars Forums

I tried 3 times earlier today to use the Signet of Capture on the appropriate boss to capture Elemental Attunement (elite Elementalist spell) and all 3 times I tried it told me I already knew this spell. I have captured 2 other elite spells already so I know I am doing it correctly but I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?
